Loose leaf tea makes for a great addition to wellness routines, morning moments and evening wind downs. The act of brewing the tea helps slow down your day and not to mention the added benefits of different herbs is definitely a plus. Besides steeping the tea traditionally, these loose leaf herbs can be used as a wellness forward addition to baked goods. Think of it like using other spices in a recipe, similar to using cinnamon or nutmeg. This recipe does just that. It utilizes finely ground Organic Testosterone Blend mixed into the dry ingredients for added spiced flavor and for the benefits of each herb.

Let's dive into the details of making this testosterone supporting muffin recipe!
