Each bite offers a delightful blend of warm cinnamon spice and rich chocolate chips, complemented by the earthy notes of chaga mushroom tea, renowned for its health benefits and spiced, earthy taste. 

These muffins are a treat, perfect for a cozy morning or a sweet afternoon pick-me-up. Savor the harmony of taste and wellness in every bite, making them a favorite for those who appreciate the finer things in life.


  •  2 teaspoons of Organic Chaga Mushroom tea leaves
  •  6 ounces of near boiling, filtered water
  •  2 cups of flour
  •  1/2 cup of sugar
  •  1 tablespoon of baking powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon of salt
  •  1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  •  1 egg
  •  3/4 cup of milk
  •  1/3 cup of canola oil
  •  1/3 cup of chocolate chips


Step 1

Steep the tea leaves in the water for 10 minutes and then remove the tea leaves.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Step 4

 In a small bowl, beat together the egg, milk, oil, and tea.

Step 5

Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture until moistened and then fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 6

Fill 12 paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full with the mixture. Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 7

Decorate with frosting and cinnamon sprinkles if desired.
