This one is not as good as the Turmeric Ginger Mate. The lemon really overpowers it. I usually like lemon, but this tastes like I'm drinking furniture polish. Disappointed.

I love the taste of this tea. I have been getting away from sugary coffee drinks in the morning, this is the perfect healthy option. It helps with energy, but no gitters.
