I ordered the organic Yerba Mate tea a few weeks ago. And it is delicious! The calm effects of this caffeine is wonderful! More focused , love the clarity i am experiencing. It’s been helping suppress by appetite. Metabolism is better, sugar cravings definitely less intense. I look forward to 2 teaspoons, steeped for about four minutes. My mornings are no good without my yerba mate dandelion root mix. I love the variety and quality of tea I get from FLTC! The packaging I'm sure keeps my tea fresh, but it doesn't last long enough in my house for me to test this theory.
