I love each of my teas

I love each of my teas. My daughter first bought Holy Basil, Oregano and Dandelion, I think. I could nit use the dandelion because I have high blood pressure, so she took it.

I later decided to look for some more teas for me. I bought Holy Basil, and some samples of tea for blood pressure and inflammation. I really like each of the teas very much. I just add some honey to a hot cup of tea and enjoy it.

Thought I'd give this a try as it is supposed to help with relaxation and breathing. I made a small pot of tea in the evening and slept better than I have in days. Figured it was just a coincidence but tried again a few days later and the same fantastic night of sleep. I have now ordered a larger size and plan on sleeping every night.

Goodbye flu and cold season!!!

Organic holy basil is a wonderful way to help kick the flu and cold season out. I also added a little bit of mint and orange tea to this for extra flavor and help, but my influenza A was gone in no time at all. It was warm , relaxing and helped me rest and made breathing much easier. It was a healthy approach to help me heal instead of all the side effects of other options. I'm grateful for the wonderful quality of the teas I have purchased so far. Thank you

I first tasted holy basil at True Food Kitchen in Chicago and was excited to try it at home. I was disappointed to find the loose tea leaves were not fresh, and the flavor was equivalent to store bought tea bags. The instructions on the bag were hot clear, and did not specify what exact temperature was best. I will try again at different temps (likely 200F), but I’m not hopeful given the lack of freshness.
