Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

I was skeptical about this tea healing the flu, but I tried it when I had a bad cold (not flu) and it made me feel much better. Still a little skeptical about the flu, but I’ve only had the flu twice in my 73 years, so I won’t worry about that. I’ll definitely use it as a cold remedy!
