Helped with hot flashes

Only tried it a couple times so far, but the days I feel more “menopausal “ I’ve drank it and my hot flashes were lessened for days. I’m definitely keeping this on hand. Not my favorite flavor but adding a little honey helps.

I tried to down play this tea. But it’s really the best thing ever. I was dragging my feet on getting a refill, because I didn’t want to wait or pay for fast shipping. My cousin placed the first order. So I went to Walmart and got some pills, the more expensive ones I need to say that, cause on day 3 I still saw no results. So I rushed to the website and ordered the pound of tea.
This tea made me forget how old I was.

Don't love the flavor

I like my tea without sweetner so I don't care for this flavor.

Decent taste and full of whole plant bits

I drink this "black" in the mornings 3 weeks a month. It's too soon to know if it's helping, but it has a decent flavor and I love how Full Leaf Teas are whole parts of the plants, not tiny pieces of dust. I've been happy with everything I've ordered from them.

I have been drinking this tea daily for about a month now and it has reduced the amount of hot flashes I was having and the ones that I continue to have are not as severe! It tastes great too! I highly recommend!
