Very Good Turmeric Tea

Very good turmeric tea. I plan to use it for turmeric lattes (with a little added ginger and cinnamon + date syrup). For me, turmeric is also a good addition to my homemade chai mixes.

Drinking turmeric tea

Very good product. No way to warn a person that it's a little hard to drink! I started with the recommended- 1 cup hot water & 1 tsp turmeric. Have switched to 4 oz water & 1/2 tsp turmeric. Don't know how to describe it but it's quite strong & not the greatest flavor. I will continue with it as I'm really hoping it will help my arthritis.

Our Organic Turmeric is made from the ground turmeric root. Unfortuantely it's difficult to determine an exact curcumin content as the ingredient is organic and the content can vary slightly depending on the time of year and harvest. However, turmeric tends to contain around 2-9% curcumin. Please let me know if I can help with anything else!
