The title reflects my mood. I didn’t receive my order. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from you guys. Hovever, this order was never received. Reaching out was not helpful. Spinning the wheel is what going on instead of replacing they are going through the motions of verifying with usps because items were marked as delivered. It was not delivered to me so that is where we are. I paid for something I do not have. Teas that I bought before are great tasting that is why I continue to purchase more. I was skeptical about this tea healing the flu, but I tried it when I had a bad cold (not flu) and it made me feel much better. Still a little skeptical about the flu, but I’ve only had the flu twice in my 73 years, so I won’t worry about that. I’ll definitely use it as a cold remedy!
