Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of less than boiling temperature water

I don't get sick very often but the last time I caught a cold I had a sample size of this tea on hand and that was my first experience with it. I can honestly say this stuff works and made me feel better. I went through that sample size within a few days and immediately bought a larger bag to have on hand, and I've since bought this tea for others - it makes a nice gift. It also tastes great!
