Organic Cholesterol Control Tea

Organic Cholesterol Control Tea has a mildly earthy and pepperminty flavor.   

• Organic Pu-Erh: Pu-erh tea produces lovastatin which can help treat high cholesterol. Additionally, pu-erh may help lower unhealthy blood fats. 
• Organic Peppermint: Peppermint tea can help lower cholesterol by helping your body produce bile. 
• Organic Ginger Root: Ginger root can help to lower lipid levels and reduce unhealthy cholesterol. 
• Organic Fenugreek: Fenugreek may help to lower bad cholesterol (LDL) and increase beneficial cholesterol (HDL). 
• Organic Holy Basil: Holy basil can help to lower stress-induced cholesterol levels.  

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
