Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

Ingredients

Organic Pu-Erh

Pu-erh tea produces lovastatin which can help treat high cholesterol. Additionally, pu-erh may help lower unhealthy blood fats. 

Organic Peppermint

Peppermint tea can help lower cholesterol by helping your body produce bile.

Amazing tea!

When I first read about this tea I was skeptical about how it was gonna taste and whether it would help my cholesterol levels. But after trying it for the first time I can say I love the taste of the blend of herbs! And after drinking for a while now I just got my lab test back and it has shown some improvement in my levels. I am going to continue drinking this and can’t wait to see more improvement.

Also makes me more immune to illness

I have not been getting my blood test so can't say yet about that, but I believe this tea also keeps me healthier. Two rounds of something going on at my daughter school and my in laws but I didn't get sick, I think the herb blend also keeps me quite immune.

Really works on lowering Cholesterol

I have been drinking one cup of this tea a day (most days) for the last 6 months. I just had a cholesterol test and my number went down by 42 points and I am finally in the "normal" range. High cholesterol is hereditary in my family, it is not able to be controlled with diet...I tried many different things and couldn't get it down. I didn't want to take drugs and wanted to get it down with natural ways. I found this tea and crossed my fingers. I love all tea! I was very happy with the great results. I told a family member with high cholesterol and she had great results too. This tea is yummy and really does the job!

Labs are improving!

I intentionally waited to write my review until after I had my blood work. My doctor was starting to push the idea of getting on a statin - which I am adamantly against. I started drinking this tea around the 9th of August and I just got my bloodwork back (9/18). Just over a month of drinking this tea daily, my total cholesterol has come down by 10 points, my triglycerides have come down by 68 points, my HDL ("good cholesterol") has increased by 4 points, and my VLDL cholesterol has dropped 13 points. In my experience, the medical community says that a "natural remedy" typically takes at least 6 months to see any improvement. I'd say this is a pretty impressive improvement in just a month's time.

If you are like me and read reviews endlessly before making a decision, this is your sign to go for it. The tea tastes great and for me it does appear to be helping the good ol cholesterol numbers. :-)
