Have been suffering from recurrent utis my doctor suggested a supplement I wanted to take a more natural route and he suggested marshmallow Root saw palmetto or Ashwagandha so I researched decided to try saw palmetto first as I suffer from female pattern baldness as well read it helps with that. Now urinary function I seen an improve the baldness I'm sure that takes longer. All and all I'm very satisfied with my purchase
