Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

My go-to after dinner tea

This tea has a perfect blend of flavors with none of them over-powering the others. I love the main mint tones the most. My wide and I love having this tea typically after diner. I don't know if it helps settle our tummy or digestion, but it tastes great and being caffeine-free, makes for a great evening tea. We buy this tea on a very regular basis.

Fantastic taste and no more bloating

I'm on my third 1/2lb pack and it still tastes amazing. I did notice the bloating is not there anymore.
