Made me suicidal and depressed

I have never had such a strong reaction to tea. Considering I thought Vitex berries are supposed to help with PMS symptoms. I thought this tea would help me feel good during my period or at least my luteal phase. This tea made me feel suicidal and depressed! I’m not sure why it made me feel this way, I only used it once 3 to 4 days in a row and I had such a strong reaction to it. Considering I read all the reviews before purchasing this, I thought it would make me feel better instead of worse.
