Hey tea lovers! 

Welcome back to Tea of the Week! With summer nearly here, I'm trying to be as active as possible and have been loving drinking Organic Live Fit either before a workout to boost my energy or after to boost my results and hydrate! This tea is citrusy and smooth, making it extra refreshing for those hot days coming our way. 

Ingredients

Organic Green Tea: Green tea is high in catechins, a type of antioxidant that can help promote fat oxidation and increase metabolism. Firstly, ashwagandha is known for its adaptogenic properties, which can help the body better cope with stress. This can be beneficial during intense training periods, reducing the negative effects of physical stress on the body. Ashwagandha has also been studied for its potential to improve strength and muscle mass. It can enhance muscular strength, increase power output, and support muscle recovery, leading to improved performance during workouts. Ashwagandha has also been associated with improved endurance and cardiovascular performance.
