Take a sip of summer with this perfect iced tea infused with mango. Organic Assam makes the ideal black tea base and the smooth, nutty notes pair beautifully with the sweet and sour of mango!

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Organic Assam
1 ripe mango
8 oz nearly boiling water
Ice
Honey to taste
Lemon juice to taste

Directions

Steep the Organic Assam for 3-5 minutes and remove the tea leaves. Add honey to taste and allow to cool to room temperature.
Slice, peel, and pit the mango. Put desired amount in the bottom of a glass and muddle.
Fill the glass with ice on top of the mango, add the steeped and cooled tea, and add lemon juice to taste. Enjoy!
