I know it may be July, but I am craving fall flavors! This pumpkin spice matcha latte hit the spot and would be delicious hot or cold. If you haven't had pumpkin spice with real pumpkin, now is the time to try it!
Ingredients

2 tablespoons Full Leaf Tea Company Organic Sweet Matcha

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

2 cups oat milk

3 tablespoons 100% pure pumpkin puree

2 tablespoons brown sugar

Cinnamon (optional for dusting)

Whipped cream (optional)
Directions
Mix together the matcha powder and allspice and set aside.
Add the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and oat milk to a pitcher. Whisk together until smooth and strain to remove the pumpkin pulp.
Prepare the matcha powder and allspice with 4oz of boiling temperature water and whisk until dissolved.
Pour the matcha mixture over ice in two glasses.
Split the pumpkin and brown sugar oat milk between the two glasses and top with whipped cream and cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
