Matcha Latte
Directions
Sugar Cookie Syrup
Combine ¼ cup of water, the chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer, stirring consistently.
Pour into a heat-proof container for later.
Matcha Latte
Whisk the matcha powder with 6 oz of nearly boiling temperature water until very smooth and frothy.
Pour the whisked matcha into a cup and add the milk.
Add the prepared sugar cookie syrup to taste.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Enjoy!
