In a small sauce pan, add the raspberries, water, and sugar.
Bring to a simmer and crush the raspberries with the back of a wooden spoon while stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes until a jammy consistency is achieved.
Strain into a heat proof container and reserve for later.
Iced Vita Me with Raspberry Cold Foam
Prepare the Organic Vita Me with 8 ounces of hot water. Steep for 5-7 minutes and reserve in the fridge until ready to use.
In a small bowl, add the whipped cream and 1 tablespoon (or more) of the raspberry syrup. Froth or whisk until lightly thickened and fully combined.
In a 12 ounce glass with ice, pour 1 tablespoon (or more) raspberry syrup into the glass. Add the steeped tea and then the raspberry cold foam. Stir to combine and enjoy!
