  •  2 teaspoons of Organic Joint Health tea leaves
  •  6 ounces of near boiling, filtered water
  •  4 ounces of lemonade
  •  Ice
  •  Honey (optional)
  •  Lemon wedge for garnish (optional)


Step 1

Steep the tea leaves in the water for 4 minutes and then remove the tea leaves and let cool to room temperature.
