For this recipe, I recommend the use of a french press. This will make working with both the loose tea and mint leaves easier.

- Begin by bringing 16 ounces of water to a near boil. While you wait, feel free to set aside a couple mint leaves for decoration, while adding the rest of the mint leaves to your french press.
- Pour your black tea into your french press. Once the water is at a near boil, slowly add your water into your french press.
- Steep the tea and mint for 3 minutes. This will give the tea a lighter flavor which works well with peaches.
- While you steep, add peaches and ice into two 8oz cups.
- After 3 minutes, slowly push the plunger of the french press down. Pour in black tea while allowing more room for additional ice as desired.
- Top with mint leaves and enjoy!
