Ingredients

2 tsp Organic Blood Pressure Tea
-
6-8 oz nearly boiling water
-
⅓ cup blackberries
-
6-8 oz sparkling water
-
Lime
Directions
Steep the tea leaves for 5-7 minutes in the nearly boiling water.
Add blackberries and ice to a tall glass. Muddle the blackberries for extra flavor if desired.
Add the steeped tea and chilled sparkling water. Stir and add lime juice if desired.
Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
