I struggle with vivid dreams and racing mind. Sleep meditations have helped in the past to fall asleep, but don’t help me stay asleep. I’ve tried Melatonin several times in my life, too varying degrees of success.
I started drinking this tea around 1-2 hours before bed, and I’ve noticed I regularly get tired but the time I want to go to bed. I used to get in bed, read or scroll for a bit, then decide it was time I should try to get some sleep, but now I actually get to bed ready to sleep.
To me, it’s the same tiredness as you get when putting in a day of manual labor, or activity. It does nothing to curb the vivid dreams or help when I wake in the middle of the night, but it’s provided the most success in getting to sleep consistently-even on days I don’t drink the tea, it can still benefit from effects of previous cups.
