The tea has a pleasant taste. I purchased this tea and stress tea to help with stress and aniexty. My blood pressure was high and this tea helped lower aniexty and my blood pressure returned to normal. Stress and aniexty can cause cortisol levels to rise. That can raise blood sugar and blood pressure . So I will keep a supply of this tea.

I have just started drinking this tea and I'm very pleased with it. The taste is pleasant. Shipping was fast, and customer service follow up has been terrific. I came back to purchase other flavors that I look forward to trying soon. This company is definitely on my return to list, and I foresee placing many orders in the future. I couldn't drink this tea, the smell alone and the taste was just not good. Its a hard pass as I wanted to like it.
