To make matcha, start by adding 1/2 teaspoon (or more to taste) of matcha powder into a matcha bowl. Then, add about 3-4 ounces of hot water (just under boiling), and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the tea is frothy and evenly dispersed. Enjoy the matcha by itself, over ice, or with milk for a latte!

Tastes terrible! Organic Premium Matcha tastes much better

This one tastes terrible! The Organic Premium Matcha is MUCH better tasting than this one. I am so upset with myself for paying $150.00 for this product. I should have just stuck with what I usually get which is the Organic Premium Matcha. Expensive lesson learned. :'0(

Went to order my ceremonial matcha and the price has tripled. Will not be buying this brand based on this increase.

I absolutely loved this matcha — the quality is incredible! I’ve been eagerly waiting for it to come back in stock so I could repurchase. However, I was shocked to see that the price has increased by 115%! I previously bought the 4oz for $69, and now it’s $149 for the same amount — that’s an $80 increase. I reached out to customer support, and they told me that they’ve tried to prevent the increase from being more than 30%, but the numbers don’t lie. I’m really disappointed and saddened by this. While I understand that current shortages and tariffs may have an impact, this feels like an unreasonable jump in price. I truly hope the company reconsiders or offers a more affordable option, because this matcha is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had.
