Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

Organic Ashwagandha Root

Peppermint has been studied to show that it can help with providing a soothing and calming effect on the bladder along with reducing smooth muscle bowel spasms

Marshmallow roots can help to cleanse the kidneys and bladder while also benefiting overall bladder health. 

Organic Chamomile

This is a really good tea

I am not sure if I had any bladder issues, but I wanted to try it out and I really do like it. The flavor and taste is great. I think it is always a good idea to have teas like this on hand, just in case a case of UTI happens.. I will buy this again for sure. Thank you.
