Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of near-boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 2-4 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

The product is amazing and affective.

I could not more highly recommend this product. I noticed, probably within 2 weeks, a difference in my blood pressure. While it wasn't a drastic difference, it did start to bring my numbers down slowly and steadily. This product has become a large part of my new outlook on my health and taking better care of myself.
