Helping my symptoms

I'm not 100% sure it's the black cohosh that is helping because I'm triple dipping for relief of my hot flashes and night sweats! But I have been feeling a relief of my symptoms. I use the menopause tea as well, but since my doctor told me that black cohosh is the best for hot flashes, I add it to every other tea I drink, so I'm getting some all day. I don't think the amount I add to all my other teas changes the flavor but if it does it's okay because everything still tastes great. I've subscribed to the black cohosh and recommend it to anyone experiencing menopause.
