I love this Tea. I had a terrible cold with a lingering cough. I could not sleep the night through without coughing and I had to sleep elevated. After the 3rd day of drinking this tea, I was able to lay flat and sleep the whole night. I have been sleeping through the night ever since I started drinking the tea.
