Vacuum Flask Tea Infuser

I so wanted to love this - but do not.
It leaks, even when standing up and not full - and it doesn't even hold 16 oz of water.
Don't waste your money.

And yes, I followed all the care instructions.

I understand having a once open no return policy on food items, but not for non food items.
A credit of some sort would have been nice instead of - so sorry, we must follow our policy.

Small and Problematic

Advertised as 20oz. However, I couldn't get my usual 16 oz of pre-made tea into the flask. Additionally, the rubber vacuum seal is problematic, does not stay in place and makes it difficult to **** the top back on securely. I like the ease of the grab and go but my experience afterwards is cumbersome and messy. If it could have been developed with an easy pour or sip then perhaps it's negatives would have been outweighed.

Full Leaf Vaccum Flask

Am thrilled with my vacuum flask tea infuser. Not only does it brew a delicious cup on tea, but it keeps the tea warm for a longer period of time than a mug. I like the feature of putting in the tea and turning the flask upside down to get a richer flavor. Would buy it again!
