Frequently Asked Questions

Organic Elderberries are the dried fruit of the elder tree (Sambucus nigra), known for their deep purple color and high antioxidant content. Used for centuries in traditional medicine, these berries are a staple in immune-boosting teas, syrups, and wellness remedies.

To make elderberry tea, simmer 1–2 teaspoons of dried berries in water for 5-7 minutes, then strain before drinking. You can also use them in homemade syrups, gummies, or infuse them into honey for a delicious, immune-supporting treat.

Elderberries are packed with antioxidants and flavonoids that may help reduce the duration and severity of cold and flu symptoms. They're especially popular during fall and winter as a natural way to support the immune system and fight off seasonal illnesses.

10/10

I made this tea with some manuka honey for my dad and daughter when they were fighting colds, and it helped them get better. This tea is tasty and comforting, just the thing when you don’t feel well! It’s great for adding into other teas, too. 10/10 recommend.

Great to add flavor and antioxidants to any tea. Also cooked it down with some thyme and mixed it into some honey for a cold remedy for my little girls. Very please with quality and quantity!
