Frequently Asked Questions

Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) is a flowering herb in the daisy family that has been used for centuries in traditional herbal medicine. It’s best known for its potential to help prevent migraines and reduce inflammation, and is commonly consumed as a tea or supplement.

Feverfew contains parthenolide, a compound believed to reduce inflammation and prevent the blood vessel changes associated with migraine headaches. While it’s not used for immediate relief, consistent use may help lessen the frequency and intensity of migraines over time.

Steep 1 teaspoon of dried feverfew in 8 oz of hot water for 5–7 minutes, then strain. Because of its slightly bitter flavor, it’s often blended with soothing herbs like chamomile or peppermint to create a more pleasant-tasting brew.

Elevates

I have bad painful migraines every month , I still need to finish the whole 30 days. I missed 2 weeks because of a bad cold and had no energy to make the tea. These 2 days end of October 31 and November 1 2024 , I woke up with head pain and made fever few and really paid attention on the level of pain before drinking; so after drinking it did elevate the pain not all but enough to take away the edge before I would have to lay down and moan waiting for meds to kick in.

Love this tea. My migraine was gone in 7 minutes. This is far cheaper than the migraine prescription
