I have several teas I rotate between depending on the day, but I usually will always have a cup of licorice. It is deliciously sweet but not overpowering. A joy to drink and also feel my body responding well to it as well.

Highly recommend for women that are having huge issues with menopause. It helps so much with the mood swings, fatigue and brain fog.
