Milk Thistle Tea lowered my liver enzyme numbers!

I purchased Milk Thistle Tea 4 weeks ago after reading it was good for liver health. My liver enzyme numbers have been elevated for a few months so I thought I’d try it. The flavor was mild but pleasant and I’d have a cup of this tea once or twice a day. Two of three liver numbers returned to normal in my last bloodwork! I ordered the larger quantity tonight and will continue to enjoy it!

Gave me great glow and healthy gut!

Since drinking Milk Thistle tea, I have improved my digestion and don't wake up feeling bloated and puffy. I also noticed that I have a less flaky scalp than before. It's a great anti-oxidant and helps with a healthy gut feeling. The flavour is mild, less tangy and not bitter. It is a great tea for beginners. I will definitely purchase another pack If you want to experience a healthy gut and healthy skin.

Not sure what happened but..

I’ve bought this milk thistle multiple times. I actually buy almost all of my tea from Full Leaf. With that being said, my last batch of milk thistle is chalky and smells funny. I’m actually afraid to drink it because I’m not sure if it’s moldy.

This is the second Milk Thistle tea I've tried and love the size of the thistles. The flavor is smooth and very mild.
