Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

    Absolutely enjoy this tea. It has truly helped with my health in several ways! If you have frequent UTI’s, this is the tea for you!! Haven’t suffered with one since I’ve started drinking this tea, daily.

    The Nettle tea is very effective

    I'm very satisfied with the nettle tea, it has really helped with swollen legs, blood, pressure which I'm a diabetic and I have really felt a difference in those areas alone. I will continue to consume this tea as it has a richness and vibrancy to it. It's much better than grocery store bought.

    It's a light smooth tasting tea very good flavor. I have my lung health tea and mullein tea in the morning and I enjoy a cup of nettle in the evening.

    I love this tea it has a light smooth flavor, it's good by itself and I have mixed it with the lung health and mullein tea and loved the flavor when mixed with those two teas. I enjoy a cup every evening.
