There's been a lot of talk about Whole 30 these days, and for good reason –– it's great for your health! Getting back on track with what your body needs is hard, but good. And what better way to do so while sippin' on a smoothie and getting your caffeine for the day?
The great thing about smoothies is that you can make smoothie bowls out of them! Decorate your smoothie with ornate fruits, seeds, nuts, etc. and you've got yourself a royal bowl that tastes and looks delicious.
To be honest, I have always hated putting ice in my smoothie. It waters it down so much! So as a personal tip, I usually freeze the pineapple bits to chill my smoothie. I also toss some other ingredients in the fridge (like the avocado, orange, and/or banana) if I plan on making my smoothie fairly soon. And voila! A chilled smoothie, without the crunchy ice. However, if you're okay with using ice, feel free to use 2 cups of it crushed in this smoothie.
