Enjoy this Father's day with a simple, refreshing daiquiri. This one is a Full Leaf Tea Co special, infused with Organic Passion Tea. To make the flavor transfusion seamless (avoiding eating tea leaves), we recommend using our 100% natural teabags for steeping.
The simple syrup instructions make enough simple syrup for 4 drinks, but the daiquiri instruction is broken down into single serve measurements to make it easy. Want to blend it all at once in one big blender? Just multiply the daiquiri ingredients by 4.
Ingredients

2 teaspoons Organic Passion Tea

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

5 Frozen strawberries
-
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

2 ounces Light Rum
-
1 ounce passion-infused simple syrup
Passion Tea Infused Simple Syrup
Strawberry Daiquiri
Directions
Passion-infused Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 a cup of water to a boil
Stir in 1/2 a cup of sugar until dissolved
Take off heat, and add Organic Passion Tea
Steep for 4 minutes
Remove tea leaves. (either by straining or by removing teabag if you used a bag).
Making the Daiquiri
In a blender, add your frozen strawberries, infused simple syrup, lemon juice, and light rum.
Blend on high until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
