So far I love everything I've gotten from fltc! This item in particular is great! I love how easy it is to use and clean. I do like the tea bags better and I just received a flask and I love it so much! Every tea I've received I have loved. There are a couple teas that have fennel in them and it seems to have a kick to it and those teas would be great if the fennel was not in them but even with it I like it. They have so many different teas and so many that help with certain issues. Your order ships same day usually, and arrives quick. FLTC has me as a customer for life! Thank you for all that u guys do!
I was really excited about this for some holiday gifts, but the metal basket is a thin mesh compared to the other leaf infuser. The silicone top just doesn't sit in it well and the metal is very delicate and sharp. Customer service was great in returning the unopened one, but they don't return opened accessories. If you're between this one and the other infusers, I would definitely get one of the other ones. It's a bummer because this one is so dang cute!
