I'll start by saying that I'm not a coffee drinker, but some mornings, I just feel like I need a little boost. This tea does just that! It has a wonderful fresh and bright flavor with the right amount of caffeine so that I can feel it without getting the jitters or crash that I experience from drinking coffee. I would highly recommend this tea. I've enjoyed every tea that I've purchased from Full Leaf, exceptional quality!

I LOVE this tea. I can drink four or five cups throughout the day with no jitters or impact to my sleeping. The taste is great, a perfectly subtle lemon from the verbena. I will not go without this being stocked in my house at any given time!
