Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of near-boiling temperature water

We recommend drinking Organic Anti-Inflammatory Tea in the morning or first half of the day as it does contain a medium level of caffeine from the green tea leaves. Drinking 1-2 cups per day for at least 2 weeks is the best way to get the most benefits!

While we do not have a version of Organic Anti-Inflammatory that is caffeine free, we do carry Organic Pain Relief which is an herbal blend of ingredients that can provide similar benefits!
