Slow and steady

I’m not usually a tea drinker, but I was looking for a way to help my health without more pills.

This has a mild flavor and not unpleasant. It’s taken a couple of weeks to notice changes. I’m not quite as bloated and have a bit more energy. I look forward to my ‘me time’.

My plan is to do one more month of this blend and then switch to the thyroid blend. The detox is the ‘pre cleaning’ to make room for the thyroid support.

The price is reasonable if you get just the tea or include the bags. I would recommend this tea if your looking for a way to improve your health without a huge commitment. I would encourage patience, as some good changes take time.
