Delicious chais and I love the variety, so I can choose my desired caffeine intake. All 4 are very tasty and it’s clear that the ingredients are high quality. I will order my favorite ones in larger sizes. Perfect for the fall. This variety pack will also make a grrat gift or stocking stuffer.
The flavor is great, light and sweet. It's a regular for my morning uplift. Add a little lemon and honey and fuel your morning mood!

In terms of effectiveness, I’ve noticed less joint stiffness in the mornings and reduced muscle soreness after workouts. It doesn’t work like an instant painkiller, but over time, the calming and anti-inflammatory benefits really build up. I also appreciate that it’s caffeine-free, so I can enjoy it before bed without disrupting sleep.
Nice little spoon but I wish it didn’t stain! I guess you should expect that with tea?!
The Organic Lavender tea and the Organic Anti-Inflammatory Tea are wonderful and taste great. The anti-inflammatory tea really works. I have noticed it helped with my inflammation.
