Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

I am a Holistic Health Practitioner/Certified Nutritional Consultant/Herbalist/Author - Semi Retired. At this time I have a Nutrition Ministry. I found Full Leaf Tea Company recently. For years I have grown and made my own tea combinations, but as I get older, it is getting more difficult. I like the fact that the herbs are organic, and I respect the research that must have gone into all of the combinations. I have purchased a few of the samples, and some of the larger packages. When I was researching and found Full Leaf I had a nasty cold and wasn’t feeling well at all. I thought I would try the Cough Relief Tea, and the Allergy Relief. I was amazed at the results. I am now going to try the other ones I have purchased. So far I am really happy with this company that will take the pressure off of my having to do all the work. My feeling so far is that I can trust this company to make a quality product; I also like the fact that this is a company Made in the USA.
