Relief! Finally!

I have been struggling with lymphocytic colitis for a year and a half. This is in addition to lupus, and several other inflammatory disorders. It has been miserable. I have struggled severely with eating due to pain and colitis symptoms, unable to eat veggies for 1.5 years!

I spent over a year on steroids and an handful of other prescription and OTC medications to calm the colitis, with only minimal results.

I am not a tea drinker due to religious reasons and I don’t care for the flavor of tea, but I read some medical research studies showing that it *could* help with colitis (more research is still needed). So in desperation I decided to give this a try.

The results were almost immediate! Significantly reduced abdominal pain, no diarrhea, and I have been able to eat veggies again!

I do not personally like the flavor, but it isn’t terrible. I do notice a general reduction (mild) with my other inflammation symptoms.

I still have to dose several times a week, but this tea has been an answer to my prayers. Thank you!

Love this tea

Can't speak to if it helps with inflammation due to short-term usage, but I do love the taste. I add maple syrup for a sweet low-FODMAP solution.
