Good Taste, Mild

I was unsure at first how the taste of this would be, however I am very happy with it. It is nice, light and mild

I have never made more milk before. The tea taste good, especially with a little dash of honey.

Please stop putting fenugreek in lactation teas

As an IBCLC, I see many families whose milk production is negatively impacted by fenugreek in teas. The parents have no clue.

Some parents respond fine to fenugreek, but I've seen a shocking number of clients for whom fenugreek caused a supply decrease.
