At a doctors visit 6 months ago my labs were terrible and my weight was up. I had many excuses but the fact was I needed to make some changes. This tea was one of those changes. I tried a few different teas but kept coming back to this. It is not the fix all but it is a big piece of the puzzle. It helped curb my hunger, helped with energy to boost me into going to the gym and it has helped increase my fluid intake.
My labs came back yesterday…. I am no longer diabetic, my liver has healed, cholesterol improved and my weight is down.
Again this tea alone did not do this. But it is a big tool I am using to improve my health and my life. I drink 2 cups a day in the morning before noon. On tough days I even drink three.
Thank you and please don’t ever stop making it!!
Also to note this isn’t the only tea I drink. Just the most consistent. I also drink the antioxidant tea and the liver cleanse. One or the other every evening.
