I'm not noticing the results that were said were in the tea, so I can't give any great comments.
I did not realize the tea was not in tea bags, so handling the loose tea has been rather annoying.
I'll have to get some tea bags that I can put the tea in so it's not so messy.

It gives me a little boost to start my day. I go for a early morning walk and a I sip a cup to get me going.Every tea I have purchased from Full Leaf Tea Co has been wonderful.
