Instructions to Steep

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water

Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)

This blood pressure tea not only taste good but also helps me keep my blood pressure while regulated. I would definitely buy a third time as this is my second time ordering. With a little honey, the flavor enhances and it could be had cold or hot.

The Best Natural Support for Blood Pressure

This tea definitely has a lowering effect on my blood pressure. I'm sleeping more soundly at night, am well rested during the day, and my mind seems more relaxed. The flavor is wonderful, with a hint of fruitiness that requires no sweetener. Just a cup at night before bed seems to be working well for me.
