Taste great. Hopefully it does what it says but nonetheless. I like the taste. I will try their other tea flavors.
I have tried quite a few tea combinations from FLT Co. I love all of them. But for some reason I completely adore this Healthy Heart the best. For me it combines the perfect taste of sweet and mellow, and no bitterness; even if I let it steep too long. I don't know if it is one ingredient or all put together, that satisfies my taste buds. Something tastes, to me, a bit like vanilla (even though vanilla is not mentioned in the description. I have never experienced white tea before, so maybe that contributes to the taste. Or, since I like to add a bit of honey to my hot teas, that may alter the taste. Whatever it is, this one hits the spot. And if it is good for my heart, all the better.
I had been having a lot of issues around my cycle, prompting my doctor to have me download an app to track my cycles and phases in more detail than the normal period tracker apps. We noticed my cycle had an abnormal amount of variation and, of course, this was causing some issues with my body. After about 3-4 months of using this cycle support tea I got my first regular menstrual cycle! Now I have had 6 consecutive normal cycles and the hormonal craziness has 85% subsided. Yay!
This tea actually surprised me with its delicious mint and coca taste, very soothing and relaxing.!!

Have a 12 oz cup of the Joint Health with local honey before breakfast, before coffee, every morning. Makes a substantial difference in my arthritic finger joints. Have much less pain and can grip tools and golf clubs much better…handling with minimal, if no pain. Have also stopped taking Tylenol/Advil for the pain for the last four to five months.
